There’s a sweet spot between me and we. Creating that place where people can express themselves as individuals, while also learning and excelling in group situations is my true passion.
My interest led me to pursue a PhD in Education focused on the key skills and conditions that are required for successful collaboration rooted in individual strengths. I then had the opportunity to operationalized my research, spending over twenty years helping students, educational organizations and businesses develop the essential skills, and create the conditions required, for a climate where people work together to bring out the best in each other.
Today, I continue to research and share my learnings to help organizations get to the root of what’s required to create conditions for true group synergy… and better results for everyone.
